Block 37 CTA Transit Pedway - Domination

Block 37 sits on an entire city block and is located in the heart of the Loop.  It has two separate entities for targeting consumers using out of home advertising.  One entity is the underground CTA Transit Pedway for commuters and the other is the 4 levels above ground which houses upscale retail/entertainment/dining/residential.   Over 8,000,000 people per year enter Block 37 and over 5,000,000 of those people are entering through the Pedway level.
 
Largest Transit Hub in the Loop.  Below street level and inside Block 37 is one entire city block of the Chicago Pedway.  This one block walkway is the main transfer point between the CTA subway Blue Line (Dearborn St) and Red Line (State St).  Don't envision a dark urban subway.  It's a bright, clean, modern gallery space.  Commuters will walk the city block long Pedway to transfer between trains, go up to Level 1 (street level) to their destination in the Loop, use the underground Chicago Pedway to get to their destination,  or they stay to eat/drink, shop or watch a movie.
 
Destination stop..  "Dine in" AMC Theaters occupy Level 4 and are the only movie theaters in the Loop.  Latinicity, one of the hottest restaurants in Chicago, is located on Level 3.  Marquee at Block 37 is a luxury residential tower with 690 units.  Some of the retailers are: Akira, Anthropologie, Zara, Bucketfeet, Les Nereides, Disney Store, Magnolia Bakery.
 
The Chicago Pedway links more than 40 city blocks primarily underground in the Loop.  Used by tens of thousands of pedestrians each day, the Pedway connects to public and private buildings along with Metra and CTA commuter rail stations.
 
Culture, shopping, hotels and business in The Loop
* The Loop is home to Chicago's financial district and one of the top "Tech Hubs" in the city
* Macy's Chicago flagship is directly across the street from Block 37.
* Chicago's "Broadway type" theatre district is in the loop.  Right across the street from Block 37 are the Chicago Theater, Ford's Oriental Theater, Goodman Theater.
* Grant Park, home to Lollapalooza, is 2 blocks away from Block 37.
 
Outdoor Advertising is very limited in the Loop.  Block 37 now provides you with an avenue to impact mass amounts of consumers in the Loop that come from all parts of the city and O'Hare Airport.
