We are within walking distance to the beautiful West Chester University, the Chester County Courthouse (the PA county seat) and home of the iconice QVC, all a great demographic to market to!  

On average, 16,236-17,456 visual impressions per slide per day with our digital billboard.  At a cost of less than $.01 per impression or $1.90 per 1,000 impressions, our digital billboard is easily one of the most affordable forms of advertising.  Your ad will be visible for 10 seconds at a time on rotation with the other ads. That is tremendous visibility!  We have a maximum of 8 ad slots per side. If all 8 slots are full, your ad would be showing once every 1 minute 20 seconds! If they aren't full, your ad would be showing even more frequently. We can customize the billboard to promote your various needs throughout the year. When you purchase an ad slot, it is yours to change as you see fit during your contract period, up to a weekly basis at no additional cost.  This is great, so you can change out your ad for what campaign strategies you are working on and have a cohesive look.

We’re excited to announce that we will now be offering exclusive, local advertising to individual business verticals. That means if you are in the business of auto sales, you are going to be the only auto sales (Note: within a 10 mile radius of your business) we are going to advertise on our digital billboard, as long as you commit to and retain an annual contract with WCOA. If your business would like to retain this position, simply commit to an annual contract with WCOA. It’s that simple.

In addition, as a continued partner of WCOA, we will be creating a monthly post for all clients on our newly created Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages, highlighting and promoting your business in the community. In addition, all active clients will now receive an active link on our website, linking directly to their business website for the purpose of increasing your business website domain value to search engines. These services we’re simply providing to all our current partners at no additional cost.
