DObuy Step-by-Step Proposal Submission Instructions

Log into your account and go to your RFP Dashboard
► Go to www.domedia.com
► Click Log In at the top right of the screen
► Click My Account
► View your RFP Dashboard

View Request for Proposal
► Click View on the far right column of the table to open the desired RFP

Reaffirm that you agree to the Terms of Service.
► If your proposal results in a media order, you will receive an invoice based on a transaction fee for the order
► The minimum invoice amount is $49. Terms of Service.

Respond to RFP by Creating Proposal
Step 1: Review Project Brief
The agency’s brief contains information on campaign dates, client, objective, strategy, medium/format, markets and special instructions. Be sure to view any attachments the buyer may have added for your review.
Step 2: Additional Info & Submit
► Add attachments such as creative concepts, media kits, case studies, or terms of service
► Set a Hold Expiration Date and Proposal Expiration Date by clicking the calendar icon next to the corresponding field
► Enter any proposal terms, restrictions or limitations under Additional Information
► Enter a custom message such as optional pricing, answers to additional questions, and/or explanation of your proposal in the message thread
► Review and click "send now »" to send the proposal to the buyer
Note: If you would like to make any changes to this Proposal, click "save for later" and then the "back" button to get return to a previous step

Buyer Response
► You will get an email when the buyer has awarded, declined or requested changes to your Proposal
► If the buyer has any questions, they may be asked through the message thread and you will be notified via email
► You can submit any questions or comments and notify the buyer through the message thread
