DOmedia Introduces Out-of-Home Marketplace to Public

DOmedia Upgrades Platform and Expands User Base to Small and Mid-size Agencies


COLUMBUS, OH February 12, 2016 – Today DOmedia, the largest marketplace for out-of-home (OOH) media, extended its suite of media buying tools to advertising agencies of all sizes. This platform expansion will not only engage a larger user base, but also help the company pursue additional inventory pricing and availability from more than 1,700 vendors selling ad space via the DOmedia platform.

DOmedia has a proven track record of success aggregating both the demand and supply sides of the media industry. The platform brings efficiency and transparency to out-of-home media buying. The primary driver of revenue in 2015 was business from Starcom MediaVest Group (SMG), which uses DOmedia as its exclusive technology partner for out-of-home media buys. SMG’s clients include top brands such as Samsung, Comcast and Heineken. By opening the software to smaller agencies and local media buyers, DOmedia expects to increase revenue an additional 250 percent by the end of 2017.
