The Aquarium of the Pacific is the fourth largest Aquarium in the country. It features more than 11,000 animals representing 500 species. It highlights the major regions of the Pacific Ocean with a variety of interactive experiences, including a full scale shark touch exhibit,an aviary where guests can hand-feed birds, and a 4D theater. Approximately 1.5 million people visit the Aquarium of the Pacific annually with the primary audience originating from Southern California.
