Add all of your inventory, including specific location info:
One of DOmedia's key features--according to agencies & advertisers--is the ability to perform specific location searches (street address or ZIP code) that locate targeted media solutions. To appear in those search results, start by creating specific, individual assets that include location information.

Include the planning level data agencies are looking for:
Another key feature agencies embrace is planning level data (i.e. circulation/impressions, rate card pricing & creative specs) that helps them quickly plan for a potential campaign. This info--only visible to approved subscribers--saves time in the sourcing process and increases your chances of being considered for the campaign.

So you've created your DOmedia account, your Company Profile, and now it's time to create your Media Profiles. And if you have more than a few pieces of inventory, developing your Media Profiles can seem like a daunting task. Well, it doesn't have to be... DOmedia's Bulk Upload Tool can easily do the work for you!

Rather than loading one location at a time, this tool will enable you to add multiple properties at once. Contact our Client Services team (clientservices@domedia.com). They'll send you a Bulk Upload Template customized toward your specific type(s) of media. Just fill it out and send it back. That's it! Our Client Services team can do the rest.

     
3 Screenshot Save Time Creating Your Image Gallery
Your media's image is one of the first things an agency notices. It's important to assign each of your Media Profiles to the correct image so they can see exactly what you're offering. If you're creating a Media Profile for the first time, add your images FIRST--this establishes your Image Gallery.

If you have more than a few Media Profiles, it can take awhile to upload individual images for each of them. So save time by uploading your entire Image Gallery using a zip file. To create a zip file, save all of your images in one folder. Select the folder and go to File > Compress. Once you've signed into DOmedia, go to My Account > Manage My Image Gallery. Now all you have to do is click Browse, and select your image zip file from your desktop and click Upload.

Once your images are all uploaded, you can assign them to your Media Profiles as you create them.

5 Screenshot Increase Your Visibility Through Keywords
When creating your Media Profiles, include keywords in the Title and Product Description fields. Use very specific keywords you think agencies and advertisers will use when searching for this type of media. To reach the broadest audience, use common industry words rather than company-specific words. This will help your media gain visibility in the major search engines as well.

The Title field is how your listing will be displayed in the search results (e.g., Wallscape, Times Square Spectacular, etc.)

In the Product Description box, incorporate the information that matters most to a prospective buyer. Include an overview of how your asset will reach people and why it's a valuable advertising opportunity.

     
6 Use the Resources Library for Even More Ways to Showcase Your Media
