Key Account Manager
Location: Columbus, OH
DOmedia is looking for key account managers in Columbus, Ohio. These positions are full-blown, equity earning, responsibility-laden positions. So if you have a passion for business development, marketing, product design and working in a startup environment, keep reading!
Required Skill Set
- Ability to quickly learn our current and developing products in order to assist customers.
- Expertise in training users, fielding their questions, and troubleshooting their issues.
- Most of your communication with customers will be over the phone and email. Strong written and oral communication skills are a must.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience with buying and selling media is a plus.
What You Will Be Working On
You will continue our efforts to grow the largest out-of-home media database in the country. Assisting customers build enhanced media profiles and create proposals to send to media buyers and agencies. Plenty of opportunities to be involved in new product design and testing, as well as your own projects that align with company goals. You'll be asked to participate in all aspects of the business and acclimate to our all-hands-on-deck work ethic.
